After closing 2023 with double-digit turnover growth and in the year in which it celebrates its 30th anniversary, Intarex has taken the decision to join a much younger and stronger project with which to face the future without the concern of depending on its current partners.

Oreka IT, headquartered in Vitoria-Gasteiz and with offices in the other provincial capitals as well, is from now on incorporating the entire professional team and the Igualada office into its structure.

With this operation, Intarex joins an organisation with a total of 130 professionals that expects to achieve a turnover of 8 million euros in 2024, while making a qualitative leap in its range of services for SMEs thanks to the solutions and expertise contributed by the Basque consultancy. In this way, Intarex's customers will be able to access a wider range of solutions and services covering their digitalisation needs in any of their management areas, including Oreka IT's own DataCenter, located at its offices in Vitoria-Gasteiz and staffed by a full team of specialist consultants, capable of providing hosting services for any type of system with all the security and high-availability measures required by processes as critical as those relating to business management.

Both organisations, Oreka IT and Intarex, are SAP partners, but while Oreka IT has been more oriented towards the large-account market, Intarex has always worked with a focus on the SME market.

Among the contributions Intarex makes to the new project, its portfolio of international customers and its focus on the SAP channel stand out, providing vertical solutions to other partners in the Portuguese and LATAM markets.

This operation resolves the question of succession at Intarex, leaving all its customers in the same hands but with better prospects, since the smooth management of resources and the versatility of the solutions are aimed at improving the perceived quality of its services.

At the same time, Oreka IT's strength will help the Igualada office grow by promoting, as it already does in the Basque Country and Navarre, agreements with universities and vocational training centres for the training of SAP consultants, thereby reinforcing its commitment to the local environment and local talent.
