These terms govern registration for courses and activities through this website.

02. Purpose
These terms govern registration for, and where applicable payment of, courses and activities organised by the provider and offered through the website.
03. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card data.
04. Confirmation and access
Once registration is complete you will receive a confirmation by email. Your place is subject to the availability indicated for each activity.
05. Cancellations and refunds
Activities take place on specific dates. Under article 103.l of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to registrations for activities tied to a specific date. If the organiser cancels or postpones an activity, the amount paid will be refunded. For any request, write to [email protected].
06. Capacity and waiting list
Places are limited. When an activity reaches maximum capacity, a waiting list may be offered where applicable.
07. Liability
The provider is not liable for service interruptions beyond its control, nor for damage arising from improper use of the website by the user.
08. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable consumer protection law.
